She said that currently, Sichuan is firmly committed to the mission entrusted by General Secretary Xi Jinping to build "two highlands, two bases, and one barrier", and is fully dedicated to making a good start for the "14th Five-Year Plan".         Shang Kui, member of the Standing Committee of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Minister of the United Front Work Department, stated in his speech that the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, in collaboration with Sichuan and Chongqing, has held two "the Belt and Road" Overseas Chinese Cooperation and Development Conferences, which have gathered forces from all corners of the world and pooled resources from various directions, and will effectively promote the deeper integration of Sichuan and Chongqing into the grand pattern of jointly building the "the Belt and Road".
